Declaration

• I agree to pay a non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking to secure my Home Stay. If NO deposit is received, your booking is NOT secure and cannot be guaranteed. Please appreciate during peak season we are in high demand with limited spots available. 

• Drop Off and Collection Times MUST be adhered to. This is to provide you with our undivided attention and allows us to settle your dog/s in successfully including evening feeds and walks for those in our care each day. If you arrive an hour late to drop off we are permitted to refuse entry to you and you will lose the full booking fee. 

• All dogs over 1 year of age MUST be neutered and vaccinated. ​

• We accept delays up to 30 minutes, over this time will be chargeable (subject to discretionary rates by the office). Repeated late arrivals and collections will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings. 

• I agree to pay the boarding fee at the time of my dog(s) arrival, and I agree to settle any outstanding charges in full upon collection of my dog(s). I agree to a copy of my dogs’ vaccination records, microchip numbers, and assessment records being held on file. I confirm that I have provided full, factual and honest information in all aspects of my dog(s) and will notify the MWHS of any subsequent changes prior to future care.

• I agree that my dog(s) have received an introduction to Mabel & Wilson’s Home Stays (MWHS) prior to the current booking.​

• I have completed the above form to the best of my knowledge.​

• Our boarding fees cover accommodation, treats, exercise, bedding and lots of fuss and attention. All feed is to be supplied by the owner.​

• Please note we are not open for arrivals or departures on any Bank Holiday. The price of boarding on a Bank Holiday Day will be at an increased boarding rate. Bookings over a bank holiday weekend must be for a minimum of 3 nights’ accommodation or longer.​

• Although every care will be taken to ensure the safety of your dog(s), we cannot be held responsible should they attempt to escape by snapping at staff, digging under, or jumping over a licensed, approved high dog mesh fence. We will not be held responsible for any ongoing costs because of injury that may occur through rough play or random behaviour during your dog'(s') stay.​

• The dog owner remains responsible for any veterinary/medical expenses and/or damages/claims resulting from any injuries caused by your dog/s, a person, or other animal. Every effort will be made by MHWS to prevent these issues from arising.​

• If, for any reason, your dog(s) is(are) not collected within 7 days of the due discharge date and no communications have been received from the dog owner, the business owner has the authority to re-home the dog(s), and you will remain liable for all costs associated with this until an agreeable solution is found for the dog(s).​

• We may record and store photos and videos of your dog(s) while in our care. By signing this document, you permit us to use the images across our media platforms and website.​

• By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to Mabel and Wilson’s Home Stays' Terms & Conditions.
